Each seminar will include the following sessions:

Session 1: Reverse Mortgages

Session 2: Home Loans – FHA, Conventional, Purchases & Refinances

Whether looking to refinance or purchase your home, your questions will be answered and you will be empowered to make the right decision on what loan is best for you.  The informative seminar will cover:

• Loans for borrowers with less than perfect credit.
   

• Up to 97% loan amounts.
   

• Current eligibility requirements for home loans.
   

• Refinancing options for negative amortization mortgages, adjustable loans and getting cash to pay off credit card debt.
   

• Increased loan limits up to $729,000 in some areas until the end of the year.
